Any attorney-client relationship is formed directly with the attorney you choose. Funding terms, eligibility, and costs are determined and disclosed solely by the funding provider. This website is attorney advertising / a paid referral service. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.
How we get paid
UpperHand Claims is free for you because the businesses we connect you with may pay us.
- Attorney side: if you do not have a lawyer, we may receive a flat marketing fee for passing along your request. That fee is the same whether or not you hire anyone and whatever your case turns out to be worth.
- Funding side: if you already have a lawyer and want an advance, a funding provider may pay us a referral fee.
What we never do
- We never take a share of legal fees or of your settlement.
- We never charge you — not to submit a request, not to be matched, not later.
- We never publish invented reviews or testimonials.
- We never promise an outcome. No one honestly can.
What that means for you
Because we are paid for referrals, this site is advertising, not neutral advice. We do not work with every attorney or funding provider in Florida, and a provider being available through us is not a recommendation or an endorsement of their quality. You are free to look elsewhere, to compare, and to say no at any point.
Who is responsible for what
- Legal services are provided only by the independent, licensed attorney you choose. Any attorney-client relationship is formed directly with that attorney.
- Funding is provided only by the funding provider, who sets and must disclose the terms, eligibility, and costs before you agree to anything.
