UpperHand Claims

Terms of Use

Last updated: October 6, 2026

By using upperhandclaims.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this service is

UpperHand Claims is a free consumer marketing and referral service for people hurt in Florida vehicle accidents. We connect you with independent, licensed Florida attorneys and with third-party pre-settlement funding providers. Those providers may compensate us for referrals. You never pay us anything.

What this service is not

No guarantee of results

Every case is different. Nothing on this site is a promise or prediction about your case. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.

The case-worth estimator

The estimator gives a rough, informational range based only on the answers you choose. It is not legal advice, not a promise, and not an evaluation of your specific case. Actual outcomes vary widely. A licensed attorney can assess what your case is actually worth.

Deadlines are your responsibility

Legal claims have strict deadlines. Sending us a request does not stop or extend any deadline. If time is short, contact a licensed attorney directly and right away.

Your request

You agree to give accurate information, to submit only about your own accident (or one you are authorized to act on), and to be at least 18 years old. When you submit the form you agree that UpperHand Claims and its partners may call or text you about your inquiry, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of any service. See our Privacy Policy for how your information is used and shared.

The attorneys and funders are independent

Attorneys and funding providers you meet through us are independent businesses. We do not supervise their work and are not responsible for their advice, services, fees, or decisions. Read anything they ask you to sign before you sign it.

Site content

The text, design, and artwork on this site belong to UpperHand Claims. You may view and share pages for personal use; please do not copy the site or use it to build a competing service.

Disclaimers and limits

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, UpperHand Claims is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or from the services of any attorney or funding provider.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
